  1. I think that 16-19 story buildings are a very big problem. Frum people that would not use an elevator on shabbos/yom-tov will go till 5-6 floors. The higher floors will be occupied by non-religious. Due to the size of the units, the non-religious will b e with children as well, which is a very not healthy situation.
    Also the fact that there are no provisions for Succah porches, it’s a serious issue.
    There maybe better options available in the Karmiel area, Har Yonah, Charish, etc.
