JNews issuing correction on report of Dominion Machines by Ocean County
JNews has informed by Ocean County Board of Elections that its report about the purchase of Dominion voting machines had some incorrect facts.
Firstly, new machines will not be purchased prior to the Primary Day voting. Additionally, the Dominion machines being looked at for future elections are of the type that are designed to scan paper ballots rather than a direct voting machine.
Additionally, they are looking at machines not manufactured by Dominion itself. This is something JNews is still inverstigating.
We sincerely appreciate that the Ocean County Board of Elections contacted us to inform us of these facts. We support all efforts by the New Jersey State Government that attempts to insure Voter and Election integrity throughout the state making sure that ALL legal votes count. Thank you OCBoE, and we apologize for any incorrect information that we received from our sources.
