Americans are “passionately” opposed to Joe Biden’s claim that he can and will force private companies to demand their workers submit to the COVID-19 vaccines.

According to a new poll from the Convention of States Action, in partnership with The Trafalgar Group, voters were asked if they believe Biden has the constitutional authority to enforce his vaccine mandates.

A whopping 58.6% of respondents said “no.”

The poll found that only 29.7% of voters said “yes.”

Only 27% of Democrats said they believe that Biden does not have the authority to issue his mandates with 55% saying they believe he does.

More importantly, 83.5% of Republicans and 68% of Independents said Biden lacks the power to issue vaccine mandates to private companies.
