What does this mean? It means that ANYONE representing the Voice of Freedom or Challenge which is the most BASIC and FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT of EVERY US Citizen, is now SILENCED unless they ‘TAKE THE JAB.’

This is the result of having allowed the State of NJ Government to be overrun by Marxists. This past election caused a major setback to citizens of NJ desiring to ‘take thie country back.’ We may never get it back as the next four years could see the end of NJ. But speaking to the issue at hand:

THE STATEHOUSE ACCESS MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL !!!

The State Capitol Joint Management Commission, which is an unelected body, has voted to impose a vaccine mandate as of December 1, 2021, on anyone entering the State House. The Policy requires that individuals show proof of vaccination status or a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours before entering the State House.

We know through experience that bills are often scheduled at the last minute, which will make it impossible for individuals who are not vaccinated to get a negative COVID test in time to attend an important legislative session.

ACTION NEEDED:  This Commission has a meeting scheduled for 10 a.m.-   please act on this alert immediately.

Below is a list of members (unelected) of the State Capitol Joint Management Commission. Please contact them ASAP regarding the need to change this policy. It is also a good idea to cc your state legislators on any email correspondence and also call them regarding the need to adjust this policy.

Both the Senate and Assembly Health Committees MAY meet on December 6th.  The dangerous Freedom to Kill Act (S3030/A4848) sits in these committees and may be scheduled for a hearing on this date or any date during the lame-duck session. We have to make sure our access is unimpeded by these illegitimate rules.

Below is the December 1, 2021 policy this unelected body adopted to enter the NJ State Capitol.

https://www.njleg.state.nj.us/JMC%20Rules.pdf

“All persons who wish to enter the Legislative State House, State House Annex and/or Legislative Staff Building/South Addition on committee days, voting sessions, quorum calls, and for any other meetings or gatherings, other than school tours, must show ID and proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test conducted within the previous 72 hours. Legislative employees and security personnel who have previously provided their employer with proof of full vaccination shall not be required to provide additional proof of vaccination to attend committee days, voting sessions, quorum calls, or for any other meetings or gatherings in the Legislative State House, State House Annex and Legislative Staff Building/South Addition.”

TALKING POINTS:

RESTRICTING STATE HOUSE ACCESS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Any policy that impacts statehouse access must not restrict citizen participation in the democratic process. Citizen participation should be MAXIMIZED not threatened.

The current access policy of masking and temperature checks is SAFE and much more equitable, allowing for options and full access for all interested citizens.

Bills may be scheduled at the last minute – without enough time for a citizens to schedule a PCR test and receive the results. Thus, the new policy will disenfranchise citizens. Also of consideration is the cost of regular PCR testing. For those who are not insured, or insurance will not cover the PCR test, this will CREATE AN UNDUE BURDEN to enter the NJ Statehouse.

(PLEASE REMEMBER TO IDENTIFY YOURSELF AS A NJ  CITIZEN AND TAXPAYER.  BE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL IN YOUR CORRESPONDENCE.
