Many observant and traditional kosher Jews from Manalapan and Lakewood, including many yungeleit from BMG, ate non-kosher food at the Manalapan Kosher Chinese. The restaurant was certified kosher by OK Kashrus and had the blessing of the KCL (Kashrus Council of Lakewood). Interestingly, no apology was forwarded by either OK Kashrus or the KCL.
