Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney and his office announced new restrictions this week to “control” the COVID pandemic in the city.

City employees who are unvaccinated will be forced to wear TWO MASKS starting on September 1st.

What an Idiot. She sites a CDC study that says that double masks are 92% effective as opposed to a single mask which is only 44% effective. See the Lie? they told us the same Bolony about the ‘Double Shot Vaccine’ amd Now the entire double shot is also only 46 percent effective as opposed to the original 96 %.
